It is always rewarding to see how an entry-level employee becomes a consultant who can tackle tasks and also explores paths that I myself might not have taken: it feels like a personal success. The mentee should show initiative and never be afraid to ask questions. It is important that the mentee applies their knowledge in the software and does not get stuck on studying documents or completing the prescribed training.
I've been with PROLOGA for 15 years, I know the company and I'm happy to share my knowledge.
In my role as a mentor, I am always available to assist new colleagues and particularly enjoy sharing the little tips and tricks I’ve learned over my long time at PROLOGA. What makes me happiest is the 'Aha' moment and knowing that I’ve been able to help my colleagues.
For me, mentoring means inspiring and supporting the next generation of developers. It is fulfilling to work together on challenges and discover new approaches. I look forward to guiding talents on their journey and helping them realize their full potential.
As a mentor, it brings me great joy to share knowledge and experiences with new colleagues and to help them ease their entry into the profession both technically and organizationally, and to support them along the way. What I particularly value about this role is not only being able to support the development of the mentee but also the opportunity to grow and improve myself through the feedback from the mentee.
I enjoy working with young, enthusiastic colleagues and sharing my knowledge with them. I always keep an open ear for all their questions, whether personal or professional.
I train IT specialists in application development because I find it exciting to accompany young talents on their journey into the IT world. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and seeing how the trainees develop, find their own creative solutions, and shape the technology of tomorrow. Additionally, I find it motivating to share the enthusiasm for programming and software development and to contribute to their well-prepared start in their professional future.
It's great to see how quickly new colleagues find their place in the PROLOGA family. I'm happy to help them along the way.
As a developer and mentor, I can share my knowledge and years of experience with aspiring talents and help them ease their entry into a dynamic industry. Together, we create innovative solutions. I firmly believe that exchanging ideas and supporting new perspectives are the keys to our collective success.
My name's Jana. I've been with PROLOGA for eight years now, and I've been really involved in the recruitment team. I'm really committed to making sure our employees are happy and healthy, because I think that a positive work environment leads to long-term productivity. I encourage our employees to feel comfortable coming to me with any issues they may have, and I'm dedicated to finding effective solutions.
My name is Kirsten, and I've been on the PROLOGA team for about 10 years. As a recruiter, I'm all about building a great team. It's like putting together a puzzle: you've got to get the right pieces in the right places to get the overall effect you're looking for.
My name is Isabelle. As EVP Finance and Controlling, I am also responsible for People Culture. I'm looking for colleagues who are forward-thinking, eager to take on more responsibility, and driven to advance their careers. We provide the ideal environment for such individuals. I began my career with PROLOGA over 20 years ago as a trainee and have since expanded my expertise and responsibilities across numerous roles. This is what makes our work here so rewarding.
My name is Sarah and I recently joined the PROLOGA Group. In my search for a potential long-term position, I came across a company that recognises that only satisfied employees are able to deliver outstanding work. I am convinced that recruitment is an art. Neither scientific methods nor CVs can determine with certainty whether someone will fit into the company culture.
We’ve got flexible work schedules and the option of remote work, along with all the IT resources you could need, company-sponsored retirement plans, employee events, company fitness programs, and more.
Once you’ve completed the probationary period, you can work remotely up to three days a week, if you and your manager agree.
It’s important to keep learning and developing your skills if you want to be successful in the long run. We offer a variety of training formats and opportunities to meet the different needs of our clients.
PROLOGA’s further training program includes:
How long the onboarding process takes depends on the position, how complex the tasks are, and what the person already knows and has done. We usually set aside a few weeks to a few months for onboarding. During this time, you’ll get to know our company processes, products, and services. This makes sure you have the knowledge and skills you need to do well in your role.
It’s really important to us that our colleagues are fully prepared before they start interacting directly with customers. We’ll take you through everything step by step. First, you’ll take part in some internal training and meetings to get a good understanding of what customers want and expect. Once you’ve got to grips with our products and services, as well as our internal procedures, you’ll start having direct contact with customers. The sooner you’re ready, the faster you’ll be able to contribute.
The size of our teams depends on the department and the project. Usually, our teams have three to fifteen employees, which we’ve found is the best size for working well together and communicating effectively. We usually prefer smaller teams so we can stay flexible and respond quickly to changes in the market or projects.
We really focus on making sure our work environment is pleasant and supports both individual concentration and teamwork. To do this, we’ve adopted a spatial open structure with 3-6 person offices. Plus, we’re flexible to accommodate different needs and requirements with dedicated spaces for focused work and shared areas for team meetings and informal exchange.
We are on the lookout for driven professionals, both seasoned and fresh to the field, who are ready to make their mark in our company!
We’d love to hear from you! Get in touch with us directly and we’ll answer all your questions and keep you updated.
