You're the first port of call for all things software and IT. IT specialists are the problem solvers behind the scenes, and they're also the interface between technology and people. That's exactly what you can become with us!

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to develop custom IT systems, set up networks, and support users.You'll be designing, installing, and operating IT systems, making sure they work perfectly, and helping out if something goes wrong. You'll work on your own and with others on projects that keep you on your toes—like integrating new software, configuring systems, or solving tricky technical problems.
What makes PROLOGA special is that you'll get to dive into development and IT, but you'll also get insights into business processes, marketing, and even human resources—all through the lens of IT. This way, you'll understand how IT connects all areas of the company.

What do you need to bring to the table to be successful?
Obviously, you need to be passionate about technology and IT. Good grades in computer science and the natural sciences are also a plus, as are logical thinking and a love of solving tricky problems. And yes, you've got to have a good command of English—the IT world is international! In addition, you've got to be proactive and able to work independently from time to time, as well as have strong communication skills, because technology has to be able to be explained.

At PROLOGA, you're the one who makes sure that companies and people can focus on their work because you make the technology work in the background. You make sure that complex systems are not only installed, but also optimized and supported. But it's not just about the technology. It's about creating solutions for people, too. You're the one who connects user needs with technology, which is often seen as a black box. Your knack for breaking down complex technical processes and offering quick, effective solutions makes you a total rockstar.
After three great years at PROLOGA, you'll have lots of opportunities open to you. You can jump right into the day-to-day of IT administration or go deeper into projects. Whatever you want to do, we'll support you.
